Create variables using BICA

Hi All,

Currently I am working on to create a hybrid model for which a majority  of KPIS are sourced  from SAP and few from Entry & Approval.

Below is a scenario of KPI which is sourced through Entry and Approval.

Maintenance Requests = Sum of the number of days to fulfil each request / Total number of requests

When I create measures for actual and plan in Create Scorecard Measures below is what the system creates

Now where do I create the variables for?

• Sum of the number of days to fulfill each request
• Total number of requests

Result of the Sum of the number of days to fulfill each request / Total number of requests is BI_MT023_ACT which Is an virtual measure. Can I the virtual measure be defined in Define Virtual Measure ?
