Cube builder fiscal year start dropbox is empty

Hi,

I'm using SM 10.0

When I try to create a new model using cube builder the dropbox for the fiscal year start is empty and it doesn't allow me to create any model.

I already have created the CBDEFAULT model connection.

Please help.
