User Authorization: Dimension Member In Entry And Approval

Dear Friends

I have created above template and User PIPADMIN is having authorization for Business Development(Intl.) member of dimension dept.

Is it possible to filter Business Development(Domestic) member records from the above template.

Once PIPADMIN is opened the template only 2 records or entries should appear in template(Measures of Dept=Business Development(Intl).

Pl. advise.

Note: I know alternate to create a template with only 2 entries and assign that template to PIPADMIN so that he can have only 2 entries.

Overall , Is there any provision in E & A to have Dimension member level authorization?
