Cannot get exclusive access to model (Cube builder)

Dear Experts,

Iam presently working on SSM 10.0, and when I try to build (or re-build) model using cube builder, when I say Build PAS model, I face error saying "Cannot get exclusive access to model".

- Few days before account pipadmin of SSM had got locked and I had to unlock it though Netweaver admistrator, since then Iam facing this error.

- The link SSM_CB_EA is successful and CBDEFAULT model connection is also present.

Kindly help me with this.
