I come here neither to discuss about a technical topic nor to ask for help on any problem.
After some SSM implementations, we have been collecting from our customers some requirements SSM is not able to cover, or some pitfalls of the application. In some cases, customers are not sure of what's the best way to use SSM in their everyday business environment.
I just would like to ask people here about any challenges they have fount because of lack of SSM functionality, or how to enhance the solution to involve people using SSM.
Actually we have made our own analysis posted in that blog, in which we explain some of the scenarios and reports we have implemented in SSM. You are free to take any idea from there and invited to share yours!
