Error SSM 10.1 SP03

Hi experts,

I'm getting randomly two errors on SSM 10.1 sp03:

1. In Entry & Approval: sometimes (randomly) when opening E&A I get a SCRIPT ERROR which says: "Cannot get value of the property "month_2": the object is null or undefined"

2. In SSM UI (scorecard): sometimes (randomly as well) when navigating through tabs I get an ERROR which says: "Cannot get proper connection to the data source"

In both cases the system keeps working after closing the error notifications or refreshing (data is showing OK etc), and as said they do not appear always.

Any idea why this is happening? Something I should check?
