Dear all,
I hope this is the correct place to post this question.
We installed the bsc template from SAP on our system ("Demo BSC").
Now we would like to change this scorecard in TA umb_cust (select the scorecard and click on "change scorecard (F5) button.
Now, the follwoing screen is almost empty (I've attached a screenshot):
The only things we can see is the header line "Scorecard 'Z001' Overview: Change".
Next we can see are two buttons: "display scorecard" and "check scorecard".
The whole rest of the screen is empty as you can see in the screenshot. As a result, scorecard maintenance is not possible.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? How do we get the screen content?
What type of screen content is it, java elements??
Is something missing in the installation?
We are on BI 7.4 with SEM-BW component 7.47, FINBASIS 747, SAP_UI 740; the GUI installation is 740.
Please help!
