Arabic Language Translation option is required in SAP SSM 10 ?

Hi all,

Whether Bi Lingual option is available in SAP SSM 10 ?

My requirements are like

1) For each KPI  Customer required Bi Lingual option to add all the details of the KPI in to both Language English & Arabic 

    For Example

   There should be two fields  one would be English and other in Arabic for Values like KPI Name, KPI Description, KPI Formula etc

2) Can we customize a Bi lingual Login screen in SAP SSM 10 so that User logging in with English language everything should appear in English   

    & vice versa
