SSM 10 iPad

Guys,

We are trying to view SSM 10 on an iPad but each time we log in we get the connection but get the response back 'No databases found'. We have been through all the steps in the guide (both the one on Service marketplace and the one on help.sap.com (they are different!) and are logging in as pipadmin so should be able to see the system.

We are on SSM 10 SP04 with HotFix 1 and have run the Calculate all Scorecards Objects routine in the scheduler.

Any ideas?
